Screen Mesh Stretching, Screen Exposing(aka shooting), The entire Screen Printing Process. Basic and Oral consulation is free, but if you need everything practically done we charge a reasonable fee.
We're also working on online training materials, that will benefit our clients especially those who cannot make it to our workshop.
No we don't sell screen printing machines. We however help our clients source for the right quality machines.

Screen printing still remains to be the most profitable mode of printing, because of its low cost requirements, especially when handling bulk orders.
Note: You can also do screen printing without any screen printing machines. Both preferences require manual input.
Apply photocoat on your screen while in a darkroom. Let it dry.
Place your printed Laserfilm onto the screen. Use oil or paraffin to hold the Laserfilm flat on the screen.Place your printed Laserfilm onto on the Screen. Use oil or paraffin to hold the Laserfilm flat on the screen.
Get out and expose the Screen with Laserfilm to light, for around 3minutes (if there's natural sunlight, around 30minutes if its floodlights. Any other artificial light may not be sufficient)
Get your Laserfilm up, wipe it and save it to reuse in future.
Get your exposed screen and remove stains of photocoat that might have remained along your artwork. Use water gun/sprayer.
Retouch your screen too, using Photocoat.
Your screen is exposed and ready to use.
